MAKSAMINEN

Et joudu maksamaan etukäteen. Lasku lähetetään tilauksesi yhteydessä ja saat 14 päivää maksuaikaa. Huomaa, että koska käytämme laskua, emme koskaan pyydä arkaluonteisia tietoja kuten tili- tai luottotietoja. Maksun määräaika on ilmoitettu laskussa. Maksun myöhästyessä meillä on velvollisuus ilmoittaa, että kuhunkin maksuun lisätään mahdollisia maksukehotuksia/maksuilmoituksia. Toimitamme vain Suomessa sijaitseviin osoitteisiin.

AUTOMAATTISET TILAUKSET JA OSTOTURVA

Lab Pharma AS myy ravintolisiä automaattisilla toimituksilla. Voit keskeyttää tilauksen, muuttaa sitä tai irtisanoa sen verkkopohjaisen asiakaspalvelun kautta. Jos haluat tehdä muutoksia tilaukseen, klikkaa kohtaa “asiakaspalvelu” sivustolla www.labpharma.fi. Saat 14 päivän palautusoikeuden ensimmäisestä tilauksesta. Se tarkoittaa sitä, että voit peruuttaa tilauksen jopa 14 päivän sisällä ensimmäisestä toimituksesta. Saat automaattisesti uuden toimituksen, joka kuukausi kuukausitarpeesi täyttämiseksi. Jos haluat peruuttaa tai keskeyttää toimitukset, sinun tulee ilmoittaa asiasta viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen uutta toimitusta. Määräaika käy ilmi laskusta. Voit myös ottaa meihin yhteyttä saadaksesi lisätietoa. Huomaa, että palautusoikeus ei koske kuukausitoimituksia ainoastaan ensimmäistä tilausta. Pyydämme sinua ilmoittamaan 14 päivää ennen uutta toimitusta, mikäli et enää halua kuukausitoimituksia. Määräajat käyvät ilmi laskuista.

TOIMITUS

Lähetämme toimitukset postilla. Tilauksesi saapuvat tavallisesti lähipostiisi tai postilaatikkoosi 5-9 päivää tilauksen vastaanottamisen jälkeen. Tämän jälkeen vastaanotat toimituksen valitsemasi aikavälin mukaan. Tavallisesti, joka kuukausi tai joka toinen kuukausi. Voit olla asiakaspaleluun yhteydessä tilauspäivämäärien muutosta.

HINNAT

Hintoihimme sisältyy arvonlisävero, joka ilmenee meidän verkkosivuilla. Tuotteemme hinnat voivat vaihdella riippuen myyntikanavasta, jakelusta ja kampanjoista. Hinnat ovat voimassa kunnes muuten ilmoitetaan. Tutustumistarjousta ei voida hyödyntää useasti tai toistuvasti. Tarjous koskee ainoastaan uusia asiakkaita.

POSTITUSKULUT

Kaikkiin toimituksiin lisätään postitus- ja pakkaamiskulut ehtojen mukaisesti. Hinta on sama pakkauksen koosta tai painosta riippumatta, toimitus on rajoitettu 4 pakkaukseen per lähetys. Erityisissä kampanjoissa voidaan poistaa postikulu/alentaa postikulujen hintaa.

TILAAMINEN VERKKOKAUPASTA

Sinun tulee olla 18-vuotias voidaksesi asioida verkkokaupassamme. Et voi tehdä tilausta, jos olet alle 18-vuotias. Jos tilaat tuotteita useille talouden jäsenille, voit ilmoittaa asiasta meille sähköpostitse. Muutamme mielellämme pakkausten ja lähetysten määrää toivomusten mukaisesti.

OIKEA OSOITE

Asiakas huolehtii siitä, että vatsaanotamme oikean toimitusosoitteen. Jos asiakas ei ilmoita mahdollisista osoitteenmuutoksisa on hän velvollinen toimituksen kustannuksista.

14 PÄIVÄN PALAUTUSOIKEUS – HELPPOA JA TURVALLISTA!

Palautusoikeutta koskeva laki määrää 14 päivän palautusoikeuden verkko-ostoksiin – Ymmärrämme, että tuotteen arvioiminen tietokoneen näytöllä voi olla hankalaa, ja siksi tarjoamme 14 päivän palautusoikeuden. Jos haluat palauttaa tuotteen avaamattomassa pakkauksessa, se ei ole ongelma! Siksi voit palauttaa tuotteen meille 14 päivän sisällä ja saada rahasi takaisin. Helppoa ja turvallista! Pakkauksen tulee olla ehjä, jotta palautus voidaan hyväksyä. Palautusoikeus koskee ainoastaan ensimmäistä pakkausta/tilausta, koska tuotteet ovat jatkossa samanlaisia. Voit päättää, haluatko lisää toimituksia ennen kuin uusi kuukausitoimitus lähetetään. Muista ilmoittaa asiasta asiakaspalveluun 14 päivää ennen uutta kuukausitoimitusta, jos haluat keskeyttää tai peruuttaa tilauksen! Jos peruutat tilauksen myöhemmin kuin 14 päivää ennen uutta kuukausitilausta, olemme jo pakanneet ja valmistelleet toimituksen, eikä sitä voi siksi palauttaa tai peruuttaa. Jos palautat kuukausitoimituksen tästä huolimatta, sinun tulee maksaa lasku. Jos vastaanotamme pakkauksen palautuksena, voimme lähettää sen takaisin sinulle 4,99€ toimituskuluja vastaan. Asiakas vastaa palautetun tuotteen perille pääsemisestä.

MUUTOKSET

Voit keskeyttää tilauksesi halutessasi. Jos haluat siirtää seuraavaa toimitusta tai peruuttaa sen, tulee sinun ilmoittaa asiasta asiakaspalveluun ennen viimeistä laskussa olevaa määräpäivää. Siirry sivustolle www.labpharma.fi –> siirry kohtaan asiakaspalvelu –> valitse kohta “siirrä seuraavaa toimitusta” tai ota yhteyttä suoraan sähköpostitse.

When you order a product with fixed repetitive/automatic deliveries on careandrepair.no, we need your name, address, mobile number and e-mail. It is necessary to keep the information continuously, so we can supply the product you subscribe to on a regular basis according to how often you have chosen to receive your supplies. We are also required to keep the information for accounting, tax purposes and any warranty/return processing. In order to protect customers’ rights in regards to our automated supplies of goods; warranty and complaints on the physical goods or services in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and LAB PHARMA’s terms of use, we will store purchase history for an indefinite period.

LAB PHARMA ensures that unauthorized persons do not access your personal data and that the processing of data is in accordance with the requirements of relevant legislation.

SUPPLY OF GOODS

LAB PHARMA sells products that are meant to be used over time. All our products are therefore delivered on an ongoing basis to meet the customer’s monthly requirements for the product. New supplies must arrive before the customer runs out of the product. All information about the customer necessary to provide this service, with ongoing supplies of a product to the customer’s address, will be used by the relevant carrier of the product. We cooperate with Posten for such transportation of the goods. We provide the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. The information that is shared with the carrier is the customer’s name, address and desired delivery point.

PAYMENT SYSTEMS

For security reasons, we store order history containing the IP address we receive orders from. Order details at careandrepair.no are: IP address, name, address, e-mail and phone number. All systems that process personal data related to customer orders are strictly limited to employees who perform necessary tasks related to the order. LAB PHARMA delivers all supplies with an invoice that is to be paid within 14 days. We work together with Arvato to ensure the payment of these invoices. We provide the personal data necessary for them to register the customer’s payment. Arvato will use the same information to send invoice reminders, if an invoice is not paid within the maturity date. The information that is shared with the company handling our invoice management is the name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If no letters of collection are paid, the invoice will be transferred to debt collection. The same information is then shared with Gothia, whom processes debt collection claims.
